I’m reminding myself that it’s still spring. We have another full month. It’s going to be amazing this summer if everything keeps growing so well.
Today the Watercolors Home Run shrub rose in the Deck Garden is starting to bloom. Earlier than I expected. The Tiger Eye Dutch Iris are in bloom, as expected.
I checked the grow bags on the patio. Beans, potatoes, and the beets have started to germinate. The onion sets are looking good.

It’s very windy today. I mean REALLY WINDY. But I didn’t let that stop me. I weeded the Flag Garden. The bin only blew over twice and my shirt only blew over my head once. Yikes! That was not expected. And there was one causality – one iris bloom snapped off. Luckily I got it into a vase before it was too late.
