When we moved in there was a 17 foot diameter garden with a pin oak and a forsythia in the middle of the driveway. We planted large hostas and astilible with periwinkle and pachysandra for ground cover.
In March 2020 the pin oak was removed and gave us an opportunity to do something fun. Looked at various plans and decided to go with a meditation garden. Started with the idea of a spiral pathway ending with a tree. It took a quirky turn and became a yellow brick road.
